Diversity and Inclusion

diversity and inclusion

Mindful Psychology Associates is committed to providing a safe space for all Black, Indigenous, People of Color and individuals who identify from marginalized groups. We condemn all forms of racism and racist policies and are committed to ongoing learning, training, listening, and taking action. In our therapy work with clients, within our practice, and in the larger community, we work towards being more effective allies and support antiracist policies. We actively seek to understand oppressive systems impacting clients’ agency and sense of safety and assess barriers that may arise that impact access to care. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and reducing the barriers to access mental health care and are able to provide some sliding scale services for individuals who do not have mental health benefits or have limited finances.

At Mindful Psychology Associates, We Help People Grow. Hate has no place here.
