Providing therapy for Evanston adolescents and adults.

Clinical Director and Licensed Clinical Psychologist
“I have always been curious about all things related to psychology and the complex ways we as humans adapt to life and our experiences. Bringing this curiosity into the therapeutic relationship, I partner with my clients to explore the ways their presenting concerns are impacting their lives as we develop goals together. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for our work and creating healthy connections with others is vital in the recovery process. I aim to balance compassion and humor with feedback in my approach as we work towards goals.
“My goal is to assist clients in finding their way to change and being present in a life where they are more able to connect with their values. I work from an integrative framework including a relational, strength-based collaborative approach that builds upon evidence-based practices such as Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). I also remain curious about learning—learning about my clients, new treatments, techniques and the research. Most recently, I have been learning about Somatic Experiencing (SE) and incorporating this into my work with interested individuals.”
