Providing therapy for Evanston adults and adolescents

“I believe that fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest tools in helping individuals strive for the growth they desire to reach their goals. By using an empathic and collaborative style, I hope to create an open and accepting space for discussion of your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I enjoy using an integrative approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy (PCT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Together we can explore your thoughts and behaviors and aim to create new strategies to manage personal challenges and facilitate positive change.
“Mindfulness is a key component of my therapeutic approach as it enhances self-awareness and allows you to feel more present in your daily life. I am committed to collaborating with you in your navigation of challenges, celebration of victories, and the overall journey to emotional wellbeing.”
