Providing therapy for Evanston individuals and couples.
"I utilize a variety of therapeutic styles in treating clients including relational and psychodynamic based approaches, emotion-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Individual and couples therapy are available to clients presenting with various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or stress.
"Across all therapeutic modalities, I aim to maintain a safe space, which allows both therapist and client to collaborate as well as engage in natural conversation. These interactions provide opportunity for better understanding of current difficulties, through which meaningful and empowered change can ultimately be pursued."
