Providing therapy for Chicago adolescents and adults.
"I believe that therapy can be a transformative process and it is an honor for me to get to help my clients work through their current life struggles to get to their desired goals. I practice from an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating cognitive-behavioral practices, client-centered and solution-focused therapy techniques. I also try to emphasize an individualized approach to creating treatment plans based on client’s needs and strengths, while always striving to always be empathetic and non-judgmental."
