Providing therapy for Evanston adults and adolescents
“I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic alliance in a safe, nonjudgemental space where individuals can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I use an eclectic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques, and tailor treatment based on the individual and their current needs. I like to highlight a client’s strengths and facilitate them in reaching goals created for themselves.”
